Claude is for adults only (18+) and uses detection plus Yoti age checks to enforce it, with crisis helplines and no ads. There is no teen mode or parental controls, and chats can be used for training unless the setting is turned off.

Settings to change
- Turn off model training in Settings > Privacy by switching off the "Help Improve our AI models" toggle.
- Delete a chat by hovering over it in the left sidebar, opening the three-dot menu, choosing Delete and confirming.
- Delete an account a teen opened in Settings > Account > Delete account (cancel any Pro or Max plan first), since Claude.ai is for users 18 and older.
