Who can join?
Anyone who makes things for parents: videos, posts, blogs, newsletters or podcasts, on any platform. There is no minimum audience. You need parents who trust you, not a big number.
How is a family credited to me?
Your link records a referral for 30 days. If the person creates a TeenCue account in that time, they are credited to you. A family can only ever be credited to one creator, and you cannot refer yourself.
When do I earn, and when am I paid?
You earn when a family's payment succeeds, not when they sign up. Each commission is held for 30 days, then becomes available. Payouts are made monthly, around the 15th, once your available balance is at least $25.00.
How do I get paid?
Through Stripe, our payments partner. In your creator dashboard, choose Connect your bank account. Stripe asks for your bank details, confirms your identity and collects your tax details, and TeenCue never sees or stores your bank details. After that, each monthly payout arrives in your bank account on its own, and you can see every payout in your Stripe account. You need a US bank account; if you are outside the US, email us and we will arrange another way.
What if a family asks for a refund?
If a payment is refunded or disputed before you have been paid for it, that commission is reversed. Everything stays visible in your dashboard history.
Do I need to say it is an affiliate link?
Yes, wherever the law or your platform requires it. Disclosing clearly is your responsibility, and it is also what keeps your audience trusting you.
