Creator Program Terms

What you earn

You earn 50% of what a customer you referred actually pays TeenCue, for their first 6 months.

• Monthly plan: 50% of each successful monthly payment, for up to 6 payments.
• Annual plan: 50% of the first annual payment only. An annual renewal a year later earns nothing.
• Commission is calculated on the amount actually received, so a discount or promotion reduces it proportionally.
• There is no lifetime commission, and nothing is earned after the first six months.

Commission is earned when a payment succeeds, not when someone signs up or starts a checkout.

How a customer is credited to you

• Your link records a referral for 30 days. If the person creates a TeenCue account in that time, they are credited to you.
• A customer can only ever be credited to one creator.
• Before a customer has paid, entering a different creator code replaces the credit. After their first payment, the credit is locked and cannot be moved.
• You cannot refer yourself, and an account belonging to you earns no commission.

Holds and payouts

• Each commission is held for 30 days after the payment. During the hold it shows as pending.
• After 30 days, if the payment has not been refunded or disputed, the commission becomes available.
• Payouts are made monthly, around the 15th.
• A payout is made when your available balance is at least $25.00. Below that, the balance rolls forward to the next month.
• Only available commissions are paid. Pending ones wait for their hold to finish.

Payouts are arranged by hand at this stage of the programme, so the exact day may move a little. We will always tell you where a payment has gone.

Refunds and disputes

• If a payment is refunded or disputed before you have been paid for it, the related commission is reversed.
• If it is refunded or disputed after you have been paid, the amount is recorded as an adjustment and comes off your next payout.
• Nothing is deleted. A reversal or an adjustment is always visible in your history alongside the original commission.

Using the programme honestly

The programme exists so that people who genuinely recommend TeenCue are paid for it. A few things are not allowed:

• Referring yourself, or accounts you control.
• Paid search or advertising on the TeenCue name or on misspellings of it, without our written agreement.
• Claiming to be TeenCue, to work for TeenCue, or to speak on its behalf.
• Describing what TeenCue does inaccurately, including promising that it records conversations, which it does not.
• Spam, misleading claims, or offering incentives we have not agreed to.

We may pause or end a creator account that breaches these terms, and withhold commission connected to the breach. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why first.

Disclosure, tax and your status

• Where the law or a platform requires you to disclose an affiliate relationship, you must do so clearly. That is your responsibility, not ours.
• You are an independent participant in a referral programme. You are not an employee, contractor, agent or partner of TeenCue, and nothing here creates any of those relationships.
• You are responsible for any tax on what you earn. TeenCue does not give tax advice, and nothing here is tax advice.

Your content stays yours

Joining the programme does not give TeenCue any right to reuse your videos, posts, images, name or likeness. If we would like to share or repurpose something you have made, we will ask you, and we will agree it separately in writing.

You keep the right to talk about TeenCue honestly, including about its limitations.

Changes to the programme

We may change these terms, including commission rates and payout rules, as the programme develops. A change applies to commissions earned after it takes effect, never to ones already earned, and we will revise the date at the top of this page.
